Therapy for Adults Virtually in Michigan

You’ve tried pretending it doesn’t get to you—pushing down old wounds, slapping on a smile, carrying everyone else’s emotions, riding the wave. But inside? Total pressure cooker.

Go from feelings running the show and relationships blowing up...

...to feeling grounded, present, and in control of your inner emotional world. Bonus! Stronger connections and far fewer “I thought we was past this” moments after conflicts.

At The Mindfulness Gym, we’re learning how to train your brain to handle stress, anger, and anxiety with the same focus and strength you bring to every other part of your life.

We’ll build your emotional muscles so you can show up fully in your relationships, your work, and your life.
